Guide to How to use Google Drive effectively

                                           If you have less space on your hard drive or don't want to store more data on your hard drive ,then what will you do ??? ,this post is basically a tutorial how to use Google Drive more effectively ,many of us know about Google Drive and other online storage platforms like skydrive ,Drop box but don't know how to use them,as we know Google is giant of them all , So i will start first with Google Drive with my free 15 Gb online space on it, then move to them ,here are some uses of Google Drive :

1. First of all Sign in to Your Google drive associated with your google/gmail account .

2.At the First page you will see these options  at the side bar -

    

•  The upload button lets you upload any file or folder it self.
•  Shared with me option shows the files that others shared with you yet.
•  Recent shows your recent documents that you currently accessed.
•  Activity shows your current activities.
•  Trash shows your deleted items.
•  Download Drive for PC will download Google drive software , which will excellently          synchronise with your system .  
•  Now let's take a look at Owner ,type and more options       -
  
  
  
                        i will tell you about forms but you can take a look at other options ,there are four visibility options  and ownership options means that i have uploaded - owned by me ,and not owned by me -not uploaded by me but others shared with me ,opened by me means that i have opened since the date they have been uploaded , and created with one of the google online application.

                                               Now many people still asks how to download from google drive now let me tell you if any one share you using any option if in that option you can access the content then you will have the button over there after clicking on the link provided in the email ,the button named as ADD TO DRIVE ,by clicking on this if you have access you can add the material to your own google drive then what you have to do is -

              There are five option first you can share your content with others with three option editable by them,view only and comment . Second you can organize and shift you content to appropriate folder .Third is delete ,Fourth if the content is Previewable then you can see the Preview of it and in more -

                               You can several options now down there you have a download button ,in case if you open your document then you will have download option under File menu of the document just here-

    3. Now lets press the create button-

                                       Yes you can create a folder on google drive to manage your uploaded content in a better way , You can create Documents, spreadsheet ,presentations ,and drawing ,

the one feature form i will detail you down there ,but first let me tell you about connect more apps ,the online free apps that you can connect to use -

4. Now let me tell you about Forms in detail it is used to collect some information from other people google let them fill the form and the information will be directed to you in as you wish format ,at first you will see several templates to choose with select a theme ,so choose it and enter the title of the form

   Question types are like this similar to those that you have seen on a registration form on any website

 i have created this form at the end by using text,date and scale in sequence in this form -

             One more thing you can make any field mandatory by choosing Required question check box while adding any question like this -

       Now before the send form button you have three options  like -

• With the first option you can send the link to submit responses.
• With second you can give a copy to the respondents about their response.
• With third they can edit response even after submitting it. 

 now last two after clicking on the send form button ,you will see-

                  A link which you can share on any email or any social networking platform ,excellent na ?? , if you want to embed this form on your web page just click the embed button and you will get the embedded code ,with which you can put this form on your blog or web page of your website , all the responses you can see by going through that link by yourself and can observe the statistics of the responses also .
