How to maintain your laptop's performance

                                                            Today the meaning of work and fun both is you should have laptop with high performance capability, but there are many features which tells us that we have to do something for maintaining the performance of out laptops and computers, if we don’t care about it, then at one point it will stop caring for us, lets have a look some caring tips I have listed below-

• DVD Player :   In most of the DVD players lens points upward, so in this case the biggest enemy of it is dust, which can deteriorate it’s performance and even can damage it and in some cases lens loading time increases dramatically, it gives reading error many times, to solve this problem you can leave a disk inside it while shutting down your laptop or desktop pc, it will act as a shield and will protect it from dust, but in case if you are not going to use your laptop for several days then at the time when you will start your computer open the door of your dvd player clean the disk and then use it. 

• Increase your RAM size Temporarily : If you use windows, then I have to tell you that I have shared with you a tutorial - How to Use Pen drive to increase your paging space or RAM size in Windows7, yes you can do it with your pen drive a cheaper solution for high performance, read it carefully to increase the RAM size and hey congrats now you don’t have to buy another RAM to increase your RAM size, you can do it with your normal pendrive.

• Use Hibernate option in windows : If you like to do your work very fast and always keep in hurry then it’s for you, let me ask you a question- do you feel panic while the boot up of your system, when it take too much time??? If yes then windows hibernate is for you, just use it to save your time and save your battery, because when you use hibernate mode rather then shut down, it works just like sleep mode, it saves current status of your opened application and next time it will open from the same point as it was never power off, yes the difference between the sleep mode is unlike sleep mode you can actually power off your computer while using hibernate mode. 

• Install surge protectors with every sockets : surge protectors are used to protect your costly and sensitive equipments from damage, they can be installed with any type of socket quickly and they promises to protect your devices. 

• Clean LCD display with microfibers : You have to clean the display regularly to protect the laptop’s screen, always clean LCD screens with microfiber cloths. 

• Keep updated your applications : It is very necessary to keep your applications and operating system updated, because manufacturers of these softwares regularly release some bug fixes, patches and software updates, which are very necessary to keep running these applications as well as operating system effectively, because these updates are very good to upgrade the effectiveness of various softwares on your system. 

•  Install Maintenance Softwares : Softwares like Pc cleaner and Tune up utilities helps to improve your system’s performance by cleaning your registry, defragmenting your disk space, deleting all the temporary files, searching and correcting registry errors. There are many softwares in the market choose one which better suits you and run 2 to 3 times in a week or schedule the maintenance, so that it can automatically maintain your system without disturbing you. 

•  Clean dust from sensitive areas of your laptop : Your device heats up because of the excessive dust on it’s internal components, use blower to clean it or you can use laptop cooler, specially clean the dust from it’s cooling fan area. 

•  Vampire power : Even in it’s standby mode your device uses little power which is called vampire power because it’s takes energy without giving any benefit to the user or device. So please install conserve socket or conserve serge installed to control this wastage of energy. It will cut off the wastage of power. 

•  Scratch on CD or DVD : It can be harmful for your DVD player’s lens to play scratched disk on your DVD player, so to be careful it’s better to clean the disk’s surface with a cotton cloth, then clean it with braso liquid for 1 or 2 times or your have an alternative and easy method also but do it on your own risk and that is –“clean it with tooth paste”.
